Mother -- with the Hat, by Stephen Adly Guirgis

This 90-minute comedy-drama, described as a "high-octane verbal cage match about love, fidelity, and misplaced haberdashery," takes place in New York City, where five recovering addicts come to terms with their addictions and their dreams. The play opened on Broadway in 2011, receiving the Drama League Award, Drama Desk Award, and nominated for a Tony Award.
